Services for Henry Hanson Swanson, 75,  will be Sunday at 2:30 p.m. at Antioch Baptist church with the Rev. James Bass officiating.  Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery under direction of Emanuel Funeral Home.
Mr. Swanson died Saturday in a Houston hospital.
He was born April 3, 1911 in Anderson County, son of William and Edweiner Vaughan Swanson.  He was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and attended Palstine schools.
He served in World War II with the Army 827th Tank Destroyer Battalion, Reconnaissance Company.
A daughter, Gail Swanson, preceded him in death in 1980
Survivors include his wife, Zonia Swanson of Houston.
